Our special focus area is to cater for the marginalized and disadvantaged and we welcome partnerships with NGO’s and organizations who champion “fair trade”, “human rights” and “minimum living standards”. We make extensive use of the digital networks to be future wise and avoid reinventing the wheel and we encourage our partners to make more use of clean and renewable technology to create a better world for the next generation. Issues such as sustainability, global warming, climate change, global citizenship and good corporate governance and accountability are taken down to the lowest levels in the organizations. As a member of the South African Quality Institute we undertake to uphold the core principles of quality and service. As a member of the Southern African Society for Quality (SASQ) we keep abreast of developments within the industry and also participate in seminars, workshops and conferences.

By adopting a voluntary Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, NQFS Management Solutions will strive to promote a culture of quality in the running of its business. The system which is fully described in the Quality Manual will ensure that the quality management system is effective, responsive, and implemented in a systematic manner to meet legislative requirements, the needs of customers, businesses, learners, staff, stakeholders and society at large. The QMS will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure suitability and where necessary procedures will be revised. NQFS Management Solutions will keep abreast of progressive developments in the industry and adopt international best practices. Corrective and preventive action will be taken to ensure that there is continual improvement. Our policy will be communicated to all associates and participating partners.
