NQFS Management Solutions is a Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management and Food Safety Training and Consulting Company with a well-integrated team of experienced, Certified and Registered Consultants. NQFS was established by Nick Kalidass in 2007 after the founder spent over 30 years working for various multinationals from within and outside South Africa. The Company is registered in terms of the Companies Act and has been accredited with the SERVICES SETA and the AGRI SETA and has a BEE Level 1 Accreditation status in terms of the latest dti BEE Codes of Practice.
The founder has the experience of working for multinationals in SADC Countries including South Africa, Zambia, Mozambique and Swaziland.
He has firsthand knowledge as an auditee and Management Representative facing multiple audits from small food processors as well as multinationals including Napier Brown UK (BRC Standards), Silverspoon (UK), Woolworths, Coca Cola, Pick & Pay, Spar, Kraft Foods and Wine producers. The company has experience with QMS, EMS, OHSAS, GMP and HACCP implementation and Certification as well as Surveillance and Supplier Audits. Worked in all provinces in SA, SADC Countries and West Africa.
The company also has experience of working with local and provincial government in terms of service delivery issues, water and sanitation provision, health services and the implementation of the Batho Pele Principles.
